Energy efficiency programs - Efficient equipment for businesses
Variable-flow hood grant
Mainly installed in commercial kitchens and restaurants, variable-flow hoods exhaust only the amount of air needed to get rid of water and grease vapours from cooking.
Variable-flow hoods are more efficient than standard hoods, making them ideal for improving your kitchen’s energy efficiency.
Benefits of the variable-flow hood
Consume less, spend less
Variable-flow hoods modulate air discharge according to cooking activity, optimizing evacuation and limiting energy costs.
In some cases, you could reduce your energy consumption by up to 25%, and thus your related costs.*
