- Be a registered firm, employing at least one engineer who is a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Have achieved within the last three fiscal years2 :
- at least two energy study projects resulting in the implementation of at least one recommended action OR;
- Projects generating total natural gas savings of at least 100,000 m3
- Carry at least $2,000,000 in personal and professional liability insurance.
- Not be subject to any sanction, conviction or situation that could compromise your professional integrity.
- Must not have submitted more than three studies whose conclusions or assumptions have been rejected by Énergir in the past three years.
- Sign the Énergir3 agreement.
