APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF SUPPLY PLAN AND AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND TARIFF OF ÉNERGIR, S.E.C. EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026
Énergir, L.P. (Énergir) filed, on March 31, 2026, the documents relating to natural gas supply for 2027–2030, the Global Energy Efficiency Plan, the pricing and cost allocation related to the renewable source gas (RSG) injection site located in Sainte‑Sophie, and the temporary reception tariff for the Société d’économie mixte d’énergie renouvelable. Énergir will complete the filing of the remaining documents in the case on May 14, 2026, which will make it possible to establish the Conditions of Service and Tariff as of October 1, 2026.
