Dual energy
Dual energy uses electricity as the main energy source and switches to natural gas in very cold weather.1 The program is for our customers with a natural gas central heating system.
If your natural gas boiler is reaching the end of its life, you could replace it with a more efficient model and add an electric boiler to convert your current system to dual energy. Grants cover up to 80% of the extra cost.2
