Énergir must replace your meter for one of the following reasons:
- This meter comes under Measurement Canada’s mandatory periodic replacement program, which obligates Énergir, in accordance with the Electricity and Gas Inspection Act, to replace it as quickly as possible.
- This meter is defective and must be replaced.
- A part of this meter is defective and must be replaced.
Please note that under the Act, and in accordance with our Conditions of Service and Tariff, you are required to give us access to the natural gas meter located at the above address
