What are the eligibility criteria?
To become an Énergir partner, you must meet the following conditions1 :
- Be a member of RBQ or CMMTQ.
- Hold a licence for the work to be performed on Énergir customers’ premises.
- Be in business for at least one year and complete five dual-energy or natural gas installations.
- Carry at least $2,000,000 in liability insurance.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of at least 80% over the past 12 months.
- Not have any unresolved complaints from institutions such as Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC), Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) etc.
- Be able to provide references to ensure professionalism, competence and quality of work.
- Have a dedicated place of business for the company.
